If you do not agree to all of the terms of the Terms of Service, you must not subscribe for or use the Services or create an Account with Thinkific. If the individual agreeing to these Terms of Service is doing so on behalf of a company or other legal entity, that individual represents that they have the authority to bind such company or other legal entity to the Terms of Service.
